GTN Databases not Updating

I installed a GTN 650 with a FlightStream 510 in June. Every time I try to update the databases, they will smoothly transfer to the 650 via Database Concierge, but then some randomly fail to go active On their effective date, giving the error message “Database corrupt or not active.” I spent hours on the phone with Garmin Technical Support last cycle trying to fix the issue (that cycle with the Obstacle Database). Eventually, I needed to completely reformat the 510 and load it like an SD card from my computer. This cycle, it is the navigation database that won’t update with the same error message. Needing to remove then reformat the 510, and load it via computer every cycle defeats the whole purpose of having a 510. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Note: both 650 and 510 software are up to date, I have an active OnePack subscription, I have the latest version of Garmin Pilot, and the GI-275 updates via the 650 just fine. Also, manually forcing the inactive database to go active does not resolve the issue, nor does using forced updates.
