Grocery shopping/errands

Do you like when your spouse goes shopping with you?

:D I love the mall and I love to shop! Online shopping also rocks! :D Especially for clothes and shoes... when I try something on that looks great on me, it's like a great flight with a perfect landing at the end. I don't see how anyone can say they don't enjoy looking their best. Shopping is a part of that process!

My husband will go with me to shop for some things... even to the mall. He is a good sport in everything we do.

Figure out what you need then buy it online. Only a click away. If you really need a spouse/SO, I might be available. You have to agree to stay HOME! and at the same time, live with my two dogs.
Weekend flying allowed.

Don't fall for it, I'll offer you a much better deal. You can fly Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends. However, you will have to contribute to the engine reserve and buy gas...:D, oh, and you don't have to stay home...in fact, it's prolly better if you don't as it might get complicated unless, well, maybe that should be negotiated in private...;):D, at the very least ya have to agree not to complain 'bout "other" girlfriends.

Wow Clark is a playa?

I need a wife too. I hate shopping.

ROFL!

I disagree with the person who said men don't look at all the options. I do that.

I just do it at home with a web browser. I go to a store to see the thing. They might as well just call them "in-person demo centers". ;)

You have a lot of rules. Do you also lock these people in your basement? Sheesh.
Your home, not mine! We can see each other, share some good times, but like grandkids, you can go home at the end of the day. And no, everyone in my house have free roaming. I let the dogs on the couch.
Besides, my basement is nicely appointed. Cable ready!

Good to hear ya left........

Now the sheep are safe again..:yesnod::D:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Ben.

Hey, I spent a couple years in Montana. I know my way around the barnyard and out in the desert...Antelope are much livelier than sheep anyday!:yikes: A lot harder to catch though...

Wow... this thread went from grocery shopping with your spouse to.... fun and games with sheep. I don't know if I should be impressed or scared!

Be scared.... Be Berry Berry Scared....:D:rofl: Silly Wabbit.

Hey Ben-- did you see that I caught someone with their first post? I forgot what thread it was on, but the fact that I beat you to it made me laugh. :yesnod:

Yes ma'am... I saw that, altho as a guy I don't want to admit it....

And for the full disclosure thing... I have been in intensive therapy ever since...:wink2::D

I NEVER bring men (or women) shopping with me - for something like jeans. Darned hips means we spend hours trying on hundreds of pairs until one fits.

Kim: You complain about this? Being girl-shaped is a good thing. When Celia asks me how she looks in tight pants, I smile. She looks good.

I take Ted always - he's great to shop with. Then again, we shop at places like Harley-Davidson, Tractor Supply, Home Depot, and Lowe's. It helps that his favorite stores are mine too :)

Then again, he makes the grocery store fun as well.

Laurie, can't recall whether I have mentioned this, but Ted got very lucky when he got you.

CJane and I, when we go to the grocery store together, get shopping done quickly, by dividing and conquering. It also cuts down on the impulse-buy factor.

I need a wife too. I hate shopping.

Celia says that...

same store, separate carts; everyone happy.
(As long as she doesn't take a day and a half!)

...and, it all has to fit in the baggage compartment of a BSV...

Awwww, beaten by a girl. Yes, therapy will help.

He ought not to think of it as "beaten"; rather, an Apprentice has learned well.

The jury is still out on that one..:yesnod::rolleyes:.

Now... if I can just get this darn jacket off that they put on me that has sleeves that are too long, I can answer some other topics.

We're nothing if we aren't a little flexible...

I think I'm one of the few females that avoids the mall like the plague. I hate clothes shopping. I don't mind heading to the grocery store. I could spend hours at the Good Food store in Missoula. I don't do Walmart and I will go to Target if I absolutely have to. Then its go in, follow the list, get out.

I do enjoy the home stores, farm and ranch stores and the SnapOn tool truck. :) Spouse will usually go with me to those, he likes 'em too.

Dee, you sound like my wife. We both do not like shopping for the sake of shopping. We've been known to spend what we call "quality time" at Home Depot more often than we'd like. And that darned Cabela's they opened here a couple years ago makes a serious dent in the wallet now and then. :D

But, she can walk into a mall with a wallet full of credit cards and I don't even blink. Now, if we ever have a grandchild, look out! :D

We got our annual Costco rebate check and then decided to do something we usually don't do... shop for something.

We sat here for an hour on and off tonight looking at the Costco website and realizing there just wasn't anything we really needed or wanted.

We both laughed when we said we'd just go over there sometime and stock up of mass quantities of paper goods for the basement pantry (read: TP) and probably throw some meat and stuff in the freezer.

Now if they sold AvGas...

A few years back the Sams club in Idaho Falls. Idaho stocked Aeroshell and Phillips XC, and they even had a few 48109 /48110 oil filters on the shelf right next to the cases of oil.... The common guess was the buyer for that store was a pilot....... I have not seen those items in a while though...

Ben.

The Sam's Club in Addison stocks AeroShell 100 and Phillips XC, at air prices. No filters, though.
