Well, not bad aside from the "potential grease fire strapped to the house" aspect. Also, hope the flames don't get too high, that wood on the eaves looks a little like kindling, lol.

Edit: We taking any bets on whether or not this was the solution to the stove/cooktop going kaput with no funds to replace?
 
When I was younger, I once had the brilliant idea of running a mini-gas-grill in the living room of my apartment. The wind was blowing out the front window, and I was set up just inside. Then the wind changed. I've had better ideas since.
 
That's one of the guys that Jeff Foxworthy has made so much money talking about.
 
Based on what looks like a hood vent by the other window I am saying this is the dining room. So at least it's close to the kitchen.
