I watched that a few weeks ago (have another copy on my computer). I thought it was well done, and something that many pilots would benefit from watching.

I'm not sure why someone would issue a takedown. A few minutes into that video I realized that I had seen it before, a number of years ago. I can't remember where but it was not on my computer. It seems to me it was shown in some training situation like at FlightSafety or Safety Standdown. I still watched the whole thing through, though as I could relate to it better this time.
