Here is a news video about the crash, the clip from inside one of the helicopters really bothers me.

Pilots, look out the window, use your radios. Passengers, be aggressive if you see a crash coming.

I think you can see the other helicopter early in the video between the pilot and right seat passenger as the camera pans from right to left.

I find it a challenge to spot traffic, could happen to anyone.

Pilots need to relearn the aviation skill of "jinking". And ignore pax complaints about it.

The pilot appears not to have seen it at all, else I'd hope he'd be adjusting course.
