Yes it is! I know the folks that have owned it the last 15 years, they took good care of it. It flies really well too. I'm looking forward to putting a few hours on it. If my wife would agree to letting my buy it and keeping my other ones it wouldnt be listed! But the other ones arent going anywhere!
