Found a problem with a MOA

VFR Sectional charts show Cougar Hi Lo MOA
When you look at the same location on the IFR Low L-10 chart it has a different shape and Name. Cheyenne Hi Lo MOA.

Can anyone tell me why they change between VFR and IFR charts?
 
They changed the shape and name of that MOA and it hasn't yet appeared on one of the charts.

Cheyenne is the old one. There's probably an FDC notam about it but I'm not going to check. :D

EDIT: OK I did check. There's are two airspace NOTAMs that start with !COU. Super easy spot and I *always* read *all* those ****ing FDC NOTAMs. :rolleyes2: :D
