ForeFlight Question: syncing a flight from web to mobile, intra-account

I'm a student pilot and have used plan.foreflight.com to create a new XC route. I am logged into my ForeFlight account on the web. I am also logged in to my account via the ForeFlight app on my mobile device, but I cannot see the XC I planned on the web on my mobile device.

I've tried following the instructions here but when I send the link to myself and open on my mobile device, the link just takes me to the Flights section of my mobile ForeFlight app.

How can I sync the web version of Flights with the mobile version? Is this possible? I would have expected it to be automatic. I don't see a "sync" option in the settings menu. I tried searching for the answer here but could not find what I was looking for.

OOH. Click around enough and I"ll figure it out myself.

Turns out this button

Will open a "Favorites/Recents" tab and includes recent flights from the web version.
