Mine still shows runway numbers.
The only toggle switch I see is for extended centerlines. Nothing for runway numbers.

The original "I don't know it all" of aviation.
I too see the centerline and runway numbers.
But if I zoom out, eventually the numbers disappear and I'm left with the black centerline only.
