Sadly, the new owners of Boerne Stage have made it an unfriendly airport. Check out the website 5C1.org that was built by some of the unhappy residents of the attached residential airpark (Threshold Ranch). The owners have a website 5C1.net where you can download their 18 page PDF of airport rules and also their landing and parking fees. If you fly into Boerne Stage and land expect to see a bill for landing in the mail. They have an automated billing service that uses your tail number from ADSB data to track down aircraft owners that land or do touch and goes so they can bill them. Full disclosure, I've been banned from the field for calling one of the owners a "damn stupid idiot" related to their placing railroad ties along the taxiways.

That hasn’t been my experience. Bob didn’t do them any favors, either. I’ll be over there for Joe’s retirement party on the 22nd.
