For anyone local to Virginia/WV this weekend

Bill just sent this to me. I'm passing it on in case we have any balloonheads here. Balloons AND wine, how can you go wrong?

the thing with balloons - you gotta be up EARLY to enjoy them.

It comes down to "do I want to get up at 5 AM on Saturday". (when I just saw the Mac-Daddy of all balloon fests a few days ago..)
