Flying Opportunities Around Sydney, Australia?

My wife is working in Sydney, Australia for many months and has said she misses flying (I take this as a personal victory.) Does anyone know of a trusted single engine tour or ride operation in or around Sydney? My wife is not a pilot, but would enjoy something low and slow, perhaps open-cockpit and/or mild aerobatics. Female or ugly male pilot preferred (my preference.)

There’s a flight school at Bankstown. YSBK. When I was there, got to take a great flight in a 152 with a CFI, and logged it as a lesson. I think the school has gone completely ProPilot but it never hurts to check. Took the train out there. Just a wonderful day away from work.

Thanks Murphey, looks like Australian Aerobatic Academy, "Flight Training and Aerobatic Flights" is there at Bankstown, anyone here have occasion to fly with them?
