I saw two news station drones flying around the fireworks last night. I kept noticing two red lights that weren't moving.

Here lately one of our local news stations has gotten into a fight with the FAA over their use of drones for news reports.

If it was in the US. And I guess that's a big "if." (Actually, it appears that it was filmed in West Palm Beach.)
