Flew back to the Minam Lodge today.

I flew up to the Minam Lodge to meet Barnes Ellis the new owner of the Minam Lodge. He was there for three days and I wanted to meet him and thank him for leaving it open for the public. He is doing a lot of work he has about 9 people working full time fixing up the place. They are building a new cabin, have the new lumber mill set up and working. There is a lot of big trees on the property and so they have a lot of building materials. It looks great to see some new building going on.. they even replaced the old Pilots Lounge that they had for years.
On the way up from Vale I saw a herd of about 100 head of elk. I will see if I can post some pictures later. As they are in someone elses camera.
