Perhaps more information is needed so we have the correct context of your need.
 
Yeah that would help. I am applying for a roofing license for myself in order to be a qualifying agent for our company.

So you are looking for someone who writes commercial general liabilityinsurance policies (CGL).

Speak with other contractors and subs in your area about this. If you canvas enough of them, you will quickly uncover which carrier the majority likes and why.
