First untethered electric helicopter flight

How do you know it wasn't nuclear powered?? Oh, or even wind powered! Now there's an idea for the patent office: "Wind powered helicopter!"

I was fascinated by the bit about using weight shift controls to save vehicle weight, and the fact that all the controls are reversed. That would be baffling to a new extreme!
 
Looks like a scaled up version of a Blade mxc2 :) .

That guy has guts. I would be most afraid of strapping myself to a bunch of LiPo gelpacks.
