FAA Medical Exam

I was told by the doctor that my EKG from my Class 1 medical revealed that my heart was on an angle, but, "negligible", and had to be sent to FAA medical for review. Everything else on the test I passed and I am in good health according to the Doctor. Has anyone had any experience with this? I am worried this could kill my Commercial flight dreams.

The worst they can as for is a stress treadmill, and/or eval by a local cardiologist.
