Escrow/title cost for IR vs VFR?

Just received a quote for Escrow and title services and was puzzled regarding the price.
Around $650 if the aircraft is VFR
Around $1500 if the aircraft is IR capable

Same amount of money but a huge difference in cost, could anyone here enlighten me

Never mind...Mr Google answered my question....
IR stood for International Registry......Not instrument Rated....Doh!!!!
