Engine stall/spin w floats <g>

Wheeee!

I see a new airshow act in the making...

Looks like they needed a lot of pro-spin input to get into one

I noticed that, also.
The nose is not dropping on it's own; the pilot is adding in spin aileron on some of the entries, on others the pilot is pulling elevator to accelerate the stall (notice how the airplane wants to go over on its back); on other's, the pilot is almost performing a hammerhead (watch how the airplane flys around the wingtip)

"A test flight was taken, which included an engine stall and spin."

Well, I'll be. Looks like they corrected it! A guy did e-mail them. The above quote was in the original article.

Best,

Dave

Yep, the author e-mailed back and said he didn't put the engine stall in the original text. Guess we can blame the editor <g>

Ok - It's not like I would have been surprised to see it, eh?
