Dropping the wings off a Cessna <g>

Don't know if this made it here. Passengers were saved because the pilot dropped the wings off the Cessna (where all the fuel is). Seems to be a Piper, but what do I know

I'm going to have to yell at my CFI, he didn't show me that switch, and we did emergency landings several times. Geez. Now if only they could make that technology available to airliners!
