Drones and privacy

Ran across an mildly interesting idea today on X - someone claiming that a Supreme Court case (United States v Causby) proves that someone cannot fly a drone over your house. Having briefly read the case, it occurs to me that it's a bad argument.

Setting aside the politeness matter, is Causby still relevant?
