Doctor Appointments Medexpress

My AME is sending my medical records to the FAA due to some conditions. Do I still need to put down the doctor's appointments on MedExpress if he's sending them anyway? I showed him all the records and I reported any relevant conditions. He said he'll send it off with the application and didn't seem too worried. I've got nothing to hide.

You still need to list your medical appointments. With the exceptions listed on page 35(28) of TCACM's linked document, you need to list each medical appointment you've attended in the past three years. I certainly would NOT recommend sending three year's worth of your entire medical record to the FAA for any purpose. The main reason is that a document drop like that will require them to read every page and delay review time whether or not they find anything worth questioning.

No matter what additional documents you provide, you still need to complete your MedXPress application as accurately as possible. "See attached" doesn't count.
