I was told I have CKD and have to take v-b12 shots and Vit D. I go see a specialist on Friday but wanted to see if there was any certain meds that are used in CKD patients that would keep me from flying? I had a blood work done because of rapid weight loss, tired and a few other issues. Turned out the blood work showed I have CKD, so now I have to see a specialist to see what stage it is at.

You have nephrotic syndrome. The causes are many and variable. You need a nephrologist and need to get to the bottom of this quickly. Never mind FAA. This is serious stuff, dad....

Saw a specialist yesterday, did more blood work and urine test, I will know the results Friday.
