Is there power to it? If so, what does the screen show? What happens when you turn the knob and/or change the switch?

Pic is all I have, at the moment. Figure someone must recognize it.
 
I have no idea, bit it looks like any number of cheal digital clock displays...maybe a diy timer of sorts?
 
The plane it's in is a Long EZ. That could be an older engine monitor. Many of "the classics" had two or three row LCDs and a simple toggle and rotary.

Nothing on the faceplate favors my idea, but the builder will know.
 
The autopilot (TrueTrak) is controlled by the thing marked Gemeni (rudimetary MFD). There's a COMM1/2 switch which I only see the King Com radio, so I'm wordering if this is some ancient com rig of some sort.
