Hello,
Im faiely new in the world of aviation and in order to get mi class 1 medical from the FAA they sent a letter requesting either a CogScan-AE or other test battery performed by an Authorized professional. Is there any places in the NYC area that performs a CogScreen?? There is a list of neuropsychologists in the FAA's website does any have recommendations? They take forever to answer the phone.

These are your NYC area assets....for PhD.neurocog, psychologists known to the FAA (and who can access "aviator norms" to which you have to be compared).

Strongly recommend Dr. DaSilva. Great guy. Takes a while to reach and schedule appointments, but you'll be in good hands. Cares about you as a person and as an airman. Very, very reasonable prices too.
