Just the color. I have both...
Lots of folks buy one of each color so they don't get mixed up.

Love the QT. Favorite headset ever. Note that if you fly an RJ they make a regional jet version with less mike gain (no intercom squelch on our jets)

There is a reason the Clarity set sold first ...

OK, OK ... both are excellent headsets. I really like the "in ear" headsets for noise cancelling.

I understand that some folks don't care for things in their ears and that's understandable. It also takes longer to put them in/on. If I'm just taking a quick burst around the patch I use my "over the ear" Lightspeed QFR's.
