Tire skidding is a real thing with the hand brakes if the flaps are down.Loved the flaps coming up on roll-out. Seriously.
Absolutely, my last flight review, flying w/a CFI who'd never been in a Comanche, during the preflight I explained that I will be retracting the flaps as soon as I'm on the ground. Once I showed him the ground clearance between the flap fully extended and the ground he understood.
