Cherokee rear bucket seats 337 request

I'm finalizing my request to my local FSDO office to remove the bench seat in my PA-28-180 and replace it with the individual bucket seats that were an option in the 180's before the fuselage stretch in 1973 (arrows got the stretch in 1972). If anyone has done this or has a copy of an approved 337 form, I would greatly appreciate you sharing it with me so my IA can attach it to our request.

Any progress on this? I am also looking to do the same. Mechanical question I have is what do the bucket seats attach to? Do I need to install a plate over the spar in place of the bench seat bottom?
As for paperwork, perhaps installing Piper parts from a different year/serial number is a minor alteration; as long as no modification to seat attach mounts or seatbelts are required.
