Checklist to sign off student for PP check ride

I found this check list on the internet for a guide to sign off students for their PP check ride.

Is it missing anything to use as a guide? Or is there something better? I am close to signing off my first student and want to make sure I have the bases covered.

Yes, using FAA sources when applying for a FAA certificate is always best option IMHO

Sometimes reinventing the wheel just causes more headaches

The form he attached though is rather nice. If it compares out with the PTS and other official documents, it makes a very nice simplified checklist with all the correct endorsement wording.
