My money is on a late touchdown and the spoilers not deploying after touchdown on a wet runway (I am not sure if it's grooved) leading to brake ineffectiveness and hydroplaning.

I've ran the various B767 LE Slats or TE Flaps non-normal checklist every year in the PC and it does take 10 full minutes to run if you're fast (and expecting it).
