Hi everyone.
I the Stabilizer offset with respect to the fuselage, if Yes, how much.

FYI: Haven't seen any 172 with vert fin offset nor any checks in the manuals for it. Reason?
 
Compensate for P factor / left turning..
To add to the above, quick check in the Cessna structural manual gives no offset limits either. In general, you'll find P-factor issues are usually dealt with by canting the engine alignment and any prop spiral slipstream issues are dealt with by an external trim tab or in the rigging. While there are offset vert fins out there like on a Citabria, I don't seem to recall that many within this general aircraft category. Then again my recall skills are slowly drifting away....;)

Cessna didn't offset their engines either. Real pilots, those that know what their feet are for, fly these airplanes.:)
