Hi folks, this my first post.
I get intermittent static and am unable to transmit on my headset when the cord coming out of the earpiece is in a certain position. I'm usually able to wiggle the cord and hold it just right to get it working again, but I'd like to get it fixed.
Bose doesnt really support these headsets anymore, and Im looking to replace the entire mic and battery case assembly. Does anyone have a line on parts or a service center that can troubleshoot/repair this locally in the Chicago area? Thanks!
