Bose ear seals

The reviews will answer your question. Not as good, not as comfortable, etc.
 
Because they're knock-offs?
 
They’re compatible,meaning cheap copy.
 
They are probably the same.... I am sure Bose buys the cheap China seals and marks them way up!

I cannot tell a difference and neither can my wife.

I think they took a little 'working in' b/c the first flight, I was getting some kind of intermittent hammering noise under the seal and I thought my engine was about to quit during a 2 hour flight but that has since passed and all is well. My copilot surely thought I was acting strange, but he is tolerant.
The foam seems to rebound slightly faster when compressed by the finger.
No word yet on longevity.
Happy with purchase.
 
Next time buy a genuine one and a fake one. Put the fake on the left ear and the genuine on the right ear and see if you can tell a difference.
