Best day/time to arrive

Is there such a thing? I've only been to Osh once, 2019, we flew in early Thursday morning the week of, not the week before. We landed at about 7:10 am and the traffic was actually pretty light. This year I'm planning on going earlier, like Sunday, just wondering what to expect for traffic, again would plan on getting in shortly after 7 am.

IMO early morning arrivals are probably the least busy. Sunday the 25th and Monday the 26th will most likely be the busiest days depending on the weather. The day to avoid is the day following a major weather event that blocks VFR arrivals on the previous day.
