The Cirrus jet that burned yesterday was N52CV.
The Cheyenne that crashed in Louisiana today was N42CV.
If I was the owner of N32CV I would be real nervous.

Probably easier ways to go open cockpit eh?

I’m not superstitious but some things make you wonder. My friend bought and imported an airplane which was previously built and flown in the US. The original N number was available, although it had previously been on a different airplane in which the owner died in an accident. My friend wanted the original number back on the plane even with knowledge of the history. The plane was destroyed on the first flight after the import was finished. Thankfully nobody was hurt.

Interesting coincidence. N32CV appears to be a Stinson 108-2:

No such thing as "luck" .. our brains are hungry for patterns and naturally look for them.. sometimes some of them innocuously emerge in the infinite world of possibilities

Give me N666 or whatever, it's just a number
