I still think I'm in the Phoenix Valley, sometimes. At least until I have to fly 7AM tomorrow morning to pick up the boss after he drops off one of the glass birds. I pulled the jacket out of the closet. It supposed to be 32 at 7AM.

I just hope others at the practice field are up for crosswind landings. I am! But, it ain't gonna happen.

Good weather all around.

Just so happens that I was planning on flying at about 2300Z tomorrow. Should be a smooth ride for a first time flyer.

Looks like a good day for getting datapoints, Tony.

That or flying Matt's Fly-Baby :-)

Yesterday afternoon, here in KC, was just about the same. I went out for a short flight and called FSS for my briefing, like I always do. The briefer almost sounded shocked that anybody would be checking the weather on a day like that.

I think, at the time I flew yesterday afternoon, the pressure was 30.5" and temps were about 60F. That 180hp 172 pretty much jumped off the runway and pegged the VSI.
