I love the Chuck Jones-directed Road Runner cartoons. The later Friz Freleng cartoons are nowhere near the quality of the Chuck Jones films.

On top of the plot creativity and humor, one of the other many things that I LOVE about those old cartoons is the music. Written and PLAYED by MUSICIANS on INSTRUMENTS.. not computer generated. Great orchestration and playing of some very difficult scores.
