Paid $4.40/gal for self-serve at Winter Haven this morning. Lowest I've seen around here in a long time.

Yep, Arcadia is almost always the cheapest in the area.

I'm thinking about flying down to Venice this weekend so I called them yesterday. They waive the $10 ramp fee if you buy 10 gal of gas at the full-service price of $6.89/ gal. Uh, no, I'll just pay the ramp fee, thanks....

Is there a way to do that other than buying a tank trailer and parking it behind the shed? I contract diesel with my supplier all the time, but I don't know who would do it for avgas; I'm pretty sure my local fbo wouldn't be interested, nor the self- serve where I actually buy my fuel.
