Apps for Droid X, which ones to get?

I recently purchased a Droid X and am wondering what Apps folks think are good aviation or otherwise, Free or pay.

What, you got rid of the Treo?!

I don't think the Droids need much in the way of aps. You have a good browser that allows you to get the info you need.

I wish you would have said something to me. I recently got the HTC EVO and my opinion of Android increased 100 fold over the Droid crap that basically goes unsupported by Motorola Mobility.

Total non-techie here. Got my first smart phone (Droid Incredible) a few months ago. My aviation apps/bookmarks are all free and include fltplan, airnav, nws, vfrmap, red and purple boards, poa and some crappy games. Anything else I need like asi, faasteam etc I just google when I need it.

More like the Treo got rid of me. I think the receptical for the charger got distorted over the years and the contacts never made contact so it just would not charge

It was a kind of OH Shise I need this now kind of thing. Anyway I thought this phone worked on the Android Platform but what do I know. It seems to work well for me.

It is Android, but Motorola has had a really hard time keeping their platforms updateable on the latest releases of Android. They still are selling stuff with Android 2.1 on them without a pathway to even 2.2
