Wife had TIAs, and Migraines. Turns out she had a brain aneurism that had not popped, but was causing clots. Throwing the clots was causing the migraines, and in the worse case a TIA. Luckily the clot dissolved quickly. If the aneurism had ruptured, it is over, done, finito. Brain surgery to clamp the aneurism. Been fine the last 22 years. You need to find out what really caused the TIA.
