Anybody have an old, busted Lightspeed xlc they want to sell?

Broken headset is ok, pretty much any condition but the controller has to work. I just replaced the ear seals and head pad in mine, and it looks like the controller went tu. I get a "thunk" when I turn it on, but no ANR, and no flashing led or test light when the unit is on. Batteries are good, getting full voltage to the board. Anyway, looking to make 1 good out of 2 bad ones. The cable were replaced long ago, and all trace good to the pcb.

I know, I know, but I like it, it's comfortable, and I'd rather spend the $1k on avgas.

Have you contacted Lightspeed?
I had a self-induced problem with mine once and they repaired it at no charge.
My experience with their customer service was awesome.

Seconded, contact Lightspeed before buying another headset to hack up. Their customer service is fantastic. They'll either repair it for free/cheap, or maybe even help replace with a comparable model it if it's discontinued(you mentioned old, i'm not familiar with that model or its age)
