Vlad, what are your prices for wingtips and horizontal tail for the Cessna Cardinal? Are they PMA or STC? Are they primed?

As for the certified aircraft - absolutely agree.
I participated in the development, testing and certification of aircraft X-32. I am totally against the use of it other people's parts and assemblies.

Aren't C172's generally certified? Not trying to bust your chops, they look like really great replacement parts. I'm just wondering what your model is if you're pitching these for certified aircraft which appears to be the case for your fairings/wheel pants/wooden props.

Wouldn't they fall under the owner-produced-parts category if they buyer 'sent him some specs'?

The requirements for parts to be considered owner-produced are described in advisory circular AC 20-62. I've been researching this because I've made a few 3D printed cosmetic parts for my own Grumman that I would like to share with other owners on http://www.shapeways.com and want to make sure I'm staying on the legal side of the law.

https://www.faa.gov/documentLibrary/media/Advisory_Circular/AC 20-62E.pdf

Owner/Operator Produced Part: Parts that were produced by an owner/operator for installation on their own aircraft (i.e., by a certificated air carrier). An owner/operator is considered a producer of a part, if the owner participated in controlling the design, manufacture, or quality of the part. Participating in the design of the part can include supervising the manufacture of the part or providing the manufacturer with the following: the design data, the materials with which to make the part, the fabrication processes, assembly methods, or the quality control (QC) procedures.

Also, in the tradition of poadeleted20 here is a chief counsel opinion on the topic.

Now in our city is made almost the entire range of plastic parts for Cessna aircraft. Of course, this is only suitable for the Experimental category. But our products are not less than 10 years.

We have at least half of the total fleet of such aircraft. Features of our local market.

Can you make parts for the 1966 C150F? Rudder bottom fairing.

Who else needs plastic parts for different types of Cessna? We have also mastered plastic cabin panels. All parts are exceptionally durable and last much longer.

Cessna150 door panels? Door pillers? And the instrument panel covers?

At the moment, we do not have the panels that you requested on the C-150.
But we have other interior details on the C-150.
This is Central Console and Post Covers (is flaps). All of our parts are made of structural fiberglass, by vacuum molding.
Do not be afraid of ultraviolet and mechanical shock.
We are now working to give us these parts, all the internal plastic in production at C-150.
Look at the photo. Maybe you need some of these details.

Every month we expand the range of manufactured parts for Cessna aircraft and other common types. We are faced with the fact that the quality of plastic parts is very low. For this reason, plastic parts very quickly crack and fail. We are decisively changing the situation. Our parts are required to work at least 5 years, the normal life-10 years. There is in view tough, harsh exploitation of. In this case, the parts should not become heavier. Try it - compare - verify.

Technically, if the aircraft owner caused to be made certain items, especially simple stuff such as this, that would be difficult to get otherwise, I think those parts could be installed, no problem.

Friends, thank you for your trust!
We are very busy with orders, so the delivery time has increased slightly.
However, all customers will be satisfied.

This approach reminds me of the statement that's printed on the box of high-performance auto parts that says, "for off-road use only." This statement releases the manufacturer of any liability if the parts are used on the highway. So if you use non-approved parts on your airplane, you carry the entire burden if something goes wrong.

That's right :).
But those who wish can personally conduct comparative tests.
In aviation, quality, strength, and weight perfection should win , right?
I want to apologize to customers for some increase in delivery times due to high workload.

Thank you all for sending me emails and messages. I am committed to respond to every message !
