And it Begins - First flight

In my previous post acouple of weeks ago, I was preparing for my discovery flight and the ensuing course to my PPL.

I'm a quarter of the way through Stick and Rudder and have found it to be amazingly helpful. While some of the topics are obviously beyond my experience, they were helpful in the discussions and my first flight as I felt I had a better understanding of what was going on.

I plan on finishing Stick and Rudder this weekend and will be meeting with my new CFI. I have my first log entry of 0.5 hours and am looking forward to this journey.

I'll give you guys updates and really appreciate the advise you all gave me previously. Hopefully, over time, I'll have some stories of my own.

Occasionally don't forget to put the book down and go fly for fun. Best of luck and look out the windows!
