Look in the lower right corner to find a drop down menu that allows you to change the altitude of the wind representation.

Windty looks like a potential tool for flight planning to help visualize a cruise altitude choice. Help you determine where to be to get either a beneficial wind, or the least detrimental.

click on the airport stations and get a ton more info also.

Are they forecasting some cloud tops below 14km height? Looks like they might be doing that. Possibly from the skew-t data?
