I will concur- the food is very good at Solo's! 
I have eaten far more than my share of meals there, as it was the nearest place to eat to the Pilot Center where I was teaching and keep my plane. (Barely a 5 minute walk from any FBO at KCOS.)
The burgers, chicken sandwiches, and ribs are all noteworthy! The bar is cluttered with about everything aviation oriented, the tables are all covered with nav charts from all over the world, and the various TV's are all tuned to the military channel or what ever happens to have aircraft on at that moment (unless there is a Bronco game on).
Needless to say, many of my students were 'grilled' about the charts while eating...
Definitely a recommendation for anyone stopping through KCOS!!!! And as you can see, it is affiliated with the Raddisson Hotel, with many other hotels nearby.
