Miami to Orlando? What's that, a 20 minute flight? I guess they could have diverted to West Palm Beach and trimmed about 5 minutes off the flight.

I also see that AA was concerned enough about the plane to fly it back to Miami for repairs.

Sounds like much ado about nothing.
