Can anyone tell me the make and model of this aircraft and is there a float version?

Yes. It is a Twin Otter, DHC-6 that Scenic Airways in Las Vegas or thereabouts modified with the larger windows. It is a Grand Canyon Sight Seeing plane.

DHC-6s most definitely can be fitted with floats, but I am not sure if any have been that have the big windows.

I was wondering why it didn't look quite familiar but now that you mention the larger windows it should have be obvious.

Now I know which float plane I want when I win the lottery (move over Cessna Caravan).
