Anyone use the airboss card from AirNav? If so how much does it save you per average flight it what type of plane? How much per year?

I got it to see if if made any difference. It only applies to full service and most places I fly are self serve only or the savings over self-serve doesn't make it worthwhile to use in my situation so I'm letting it lapse.

If someone was buying in bulk and needed single point fueling I could see where it could be be advantageous to use.

Not accepted by aircraft based at Wings :-( and getting fuel there. I thought about getting one and flying to another airport to fuel, up to $4.60+ now per gallon.

Rob its not accepted by any participating FBO for based aircraft not just wings.

It may be a good deal if you frequent airports that participate in the program. However, as Steve said, the self-serve price may be cheaper than the Airboss price at the same FBO.

On the other hand, if you believe that Airnav has saved you hundreds (or even thousands) of dollars in fuel costs over the years, this is a way to offer thanks. I doubt I come out ahead with Airboss, but ti's probably close to even for the year.
