Hello, I would greatly appreciate recommendations / suggestions for an A&P to perform a pre-buy on a Piper Archer located Rolla National (KVIH). Someone located nearby / within easy travel would be great.

Matthew White at KLXT (MJ Aviation) has been known to travel for pre-buys depending on his schedule. Wouldn't be a terrible drive.

Your pre buy inspection should be done by an A&P/IA for the experience in researching the AD's and locating them in the logs as being CW or not. At our shop we do some of the most extensive pre buys and you would be absolutely floored at what we find. We do a comprehensive NTSB accident search and focus on red flags we find in the logs.
