Are business aircraft considered taxable property in Texas (they are listed under a business name and used partly for personal use, partly 135)

Our company pays personal property tax on our planes to Dallas County. I just saw the bill for our C340, and it was almost $5,700. From what I understand, only a few counties have PP tax.

I pay property tax on the C172 I have leased to a flight school. I don't think they discount the tax for some personal use in San Antonio.

That's why Southwest Airlines reregistered all their planes to Houston at one time.
